污泥好氧堆肥处理技术探讨

摘要

在介绍污泥好氧堆肥处理技术特点基础上，分别探讨了污泥好氧堆肥过程中的各种物料平衡概念及平衡关系，分析了污泥含水率、污泥含固率、填充料、有机质和C/N比、pH值、温度、通风供氧等因素对好氧堆肥过程的影响，评价了污泥好氧堆肥腐熟度的物理、化学及生物方面的主要相关指标。%This paper described the characteristics of the sludge aerobic composting technology based on aerobic composting of sludge and discussed the various material balance during the process of sludge aerobic composting, moreover, it analyzed the effects of the water containing rate, the solid containing rate, the impact of filler, organic matter and C/N ratio, pH, temperature, ventilation, oxygen and other factors on aerobic composting process. In addition, it evaluated the main relevant indicators in the physical, chemical and biological aspects of aerobic sludge compost maturity.
