复合式降噪板在球磨机机房噪声治理中的应用

摘要

Based on the investigation of noise pollution in the cylinder room in a coal mine and the characteristics of the noise in a cylinder room, a comprehensive method of noise control is carried out by adopting the scheme provided by Vibration. Some noise reduction measures including acoustic insulator, acoustic absorption body and sound barrier are utilized. After treatment, the noise in the cylinder room has fell by 6 dB, which lead to improved work environment and enhanced work efficiency.%根据某企业球磨机机房的噪声污染状况的现场调查，结合球磨机机房噪声的特点，采用设置隔声罩、声屏障、吸声体复合式降噪板等防护措施，对其球磨机机房噪声进行了分析和综合治理。通过治理，机房内噪声下降6 dB，工作环境得到了改善，工作效率显著提高。
