WRP (Waste rubber powder)/NBR (nitrile rubber) composites were prepared by mechanical compounding. The effects of WRP’s level on processability and mechanical properties of composites were studied. The results show that scorch time and cure time were shortened with the increase of the amount of WRP, and Mooney viscosity is reduced gradually. At the same time, the tensile strength of the vulcanizate, the elongation at break decreased gradually, modulus at 300% increased gradually, tear strength increased first and then decreased.%采用机械共混法制备了胶粉/丁腈橡胶复合材料。研究了胶粉的含量对复合材料的工艺性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着胶粉含量的增加,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间逐渐缩短,门尼粘度逐渐降低;同时,硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率逐渐下降,而300%定伸应力逐渐增大,撕裂强度先增大后降低。
