U型塔脱硫除尘一体化技术在电厂中的应用

     

摘要

以贵州省习水县二朗电厂为例,介绍了二郎电厂2×660 MW新建机组烟气污染物控制系统概况,阐述了U型塔脱硫除尘一体化技术原理及特点。经实际运行验证,U型塔脱硫除尘一体化技术可实现高硫煤机组98%以上的脱硫率要求,同时该技术结合湿式电除尘器一体化布置,可为我国高硫煤地区电厂SO2和粉尘的深度净化提供了可行的技术方案。%In this paper, the flue gas pollutants control system of the new 2×660 MW power plant of Erlang was introduced. The desulfurization and dust removal integration technology principle and characteristics of the u-shaped tower was also expounded in this paper. It has been verified by actual operation that the u-shaped desulfurization and dust removal integration technology can achieve desulfurization rate more than 98% in the high sulfur coal unit. At the same time, the technology integrated with WESP provides feasible technical solutions for the deep purification of SO2 and dust in high sulfur coal power plant.
