摘要:Volume 52, Number 3, 2018Dynamic rheology characteristics of MgO slurry/Duan Hongjuan,XueAndang,Fan Suxiao,Huang Liang,Zhang Haijun,Zhang Shaowei,Wang Zhiming,Liao Shibiao//Naihuo Cailiao.-2018,52(3):161Abstract:In order to control the hydration reaction of MgO for its use as binder in high quality cement-free castables,the rheology characteristics of MgO slurry were determined by the dynamic rheology medium and small oscillation method.The micro-network structure formation and development of hydration products in MgO slurries with MgO,silica fume,ρ-Al2O3 and extra 0.3%admixtures (boric acid,citric acid,and acetic acid)were studied.The results show that the storage modulus model G’of MgO slurry increases signif-icantly to the maximum with the time firstly-then levels off. The curve of G’-t reflects the MgO hydration structure development.
