客运专线综合防灾安全监控仿真系统的设计与开发

     

摘要

In order to develop the integrated disaster prevention and safety monitoring system for passenger dedicated lines, the integrated disaster prevention and safety monitoring simulation system was set up under the LAN environment in the laboratory. The simulation system adopted the service-oriented based system architecture which was composed of the disaster prevention monitoring subsystem of the dispatching center, the disaster prevention monitoring subsystem of the station and the depot, and the field monitoring subsystem. The network of the simulation system consisted of the communication network between the dispatching center and the station, the integrated information network of the station, and the communication network between the section and the station. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology was used to design the simulation system. The real-time and integrity of the field data collection, data processing and data transmission was verified through applying the field monitoring sensor and the data collector into the simulation system. The system has realized the functions of the centrally monitoring, alarm warning and pre-warning, accident management, integrated inquiries and statistical and analysis for the disaster information such as wind, rainfall and temperature. The simulation system has been used in the preliminary design scheme of the disaster prevention and safety monitoring system for passenger dedicated links.%为了开发客运专线综合防灾安全监控系统,在实验室局域网环境下搭建综合防灾安全监控仿真系统.仿真系境采用基于面向服务的系统架构,由调度中心级防灾监控子系统、站段防灾监控子系统和现场监测子系统组成.仿真系统网络由调度中心与车站间通信网络、车站综合信息网络、区间与车站通信网络构成.利用半实物仿真技术进行仿真系统没计,将现场监测传感器和数据采集器作为实体引入仿真系统.验证了现场数据采集、数据处理与传输的实时性与完整性,实现了对风、雨和温度等火害信息集中监测、报警预警、事故管理、综合查询、统计分析等功能.本仿真系统已在客运专线防火安全监控系统的初步设计方案中得到应用.
