塑料管材自动无屑切割机机械和控制系统的设计与应用

摘要

为提高塑料管材切割机的自动化程度和切口的平整度,设计了可以实现管材自动切割且切割过程无切屑产生的管材切割设备.在阐述了现有塑料管材切割机种类的基础上,对塑料管材自动无屑切割机的总体布局和各功能模块进行初步设计,分析了自动送料装置、切割装置、夹紧装置和控制系统等部分的工作原理和功能,简述了无屑切割的工作原理,分析了自动无屑切割装置的工作流程并据此提出了设计方案.在控制系统的设计中,介绍了控制系统的工作原理,对组成控制系统的硬件和软件部分进行了设计.%In order to improve the degree of automation of the plastic pipe cutting machine equipment and the flatness of the incision,the pipe cutting equipment which could be realized the automatic cutting of the plastic pipe without chip were designed.On the basis of expounding the existing types of plastic pipe cutting machine,the general layout and functional modules of the automatic free chip cutting machine of plastic pipe were designed;the automatic feeding device,cutting device,clamping device and control system were analyzed;the working principle and function of the chipless cutting were introduced briefly;the working process of the automatic cutting device without chip was analyzed and the design scheme was put forward accordingly.In the design of the control system,the working principle of the control system was introduced,and the hardware and software part of the control system were designed.
