秸秆表面处理工艺对WPC性能的影响及其在室内设计中的应用研究

         

摘要

在简述了国内外森林资源储备情况的基础上,提出以木塑复合材料(WPC)代替天然实木是家居装潢和室内设计的主要发展方向.介绍并分析了以秸秆为增强材料的WPC成型工艺研究现状.选取小麦秸秆为实验对象,通过酸、碱和水热处理工艺,分析其对秸秆拉伸强度、热稳定性和化学结构的影响.介绍了 WPC在室内装修中的应用.%Based on the introduction of domestic and foreign forest resources reserves briefly, the main development direction of home decoration and interior design using wood-plastic composites (WPC) instead of natural wood was introduced. The research status of WPC forming technology with straw as reinforcement material wass introduced and analyzed. Wheat stalks were used as experimental object, and the influences of acid, alkali and water heat treatment processes on the tensile strength, thermal stability and chemical structure of straws were analyzed. The application of WPC materials in interior decoration was also introduced.
