基于响应面模型的仪器外壳注塑成型工艺混合优化

         

摘要

Taking the injection parts of an instrument shell as the research object, the design variables of the injection molding process factors including the melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time, holding pressure were selected, the warpage value and volume shrinkage rate were determined as the response optimization target, the experimental samples were obtained using the experimental design of response surface method and finite element simulation of the injection molding, the response surface model between design variables and optimization targets was established by using Design-Expert software, the prediction optimization results also were obtained through analysis and calculation in the Design-Expert software, the accuracy of the prediction optimization results were verified by the simulation experiment of the injection molding. The results show that the injection molding process is effectively optimized by the method, the reference of the method of solving the problem of product quality is provided for the enterprise.%以某仪器外壳注塑件为研究对象,选取熔体温度、模具温度、注塑时间、保压压力等工艺参数为设计变量,以翘曲变形值和体积收缩率为优化目标,通过响应面法实验设计和注塑成型有限元分析获得实验样本,采用De-sign-Expert软件建立设计变量与优化目标之间的响应面模型,分析计算后预测出优化结果,通过仿真模拟实验及试模注塑验证了预测结果的正确性.结果 表明该方法可以有效实现注塑成型工艺优化,为企业产品同类成型问题的解决提供了借鉴和参考.
