InCl3提高聚乙撑二氧噻吩/聚对苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT/PSS)的电导率

         

摘要

通过添加金属盐离子三氯化铟(InCl3),成功制得高电导率聚乙撑二氧噻吩/聚对苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT/PSS)薄膜.薄膜的电导率增加了数百倍,并且透光率降低不大,达到了73%.通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及原子力扫描显微镜(AFM)分析发现,添加InCl3后,PEDOT/PSS的本征结构并没有发生变化,可能导致其链结构发生一些改变;加入InCl3会导致包裹在核壳结构的PSS量减少,使得电导率增加.%A high conductivity Poly (3,4-ethylene-dioxythiophene) ∶ Poly (styrennesulfonate) (PEDOT/PSS) film was successfully prepared by adding metal ion indium trichloride (InCl3).The conductivity of the film increased by several hundred times,and the transmittance decreased a little and reached at 73%.By analyzing its infrared spectrum and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),it is found that the intrinsic structure of PEDOT/PSS has not changed,which may lead to some changes in its chain structure.The addition of InCl3 results in a decrease in the amount of PSS in the core shell structure and an increase in conductivity.
