OBJECTIVE: To provide references for pharmaceutical enterprises to implement ERP in China. METHODS: 35 marketing pharmaceutical enterprises which implemented ERP or did not before 2006 in China were included in study. Based on relevant financial data and cases, the effect and influencing factors of pharmaceutical enterprise to implement ERP were analyzed in order to put forward implementation strategy. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The operational capacity of pharmaceutical enterprises has been greatly enhanced after implementing ERP, yet there are no significant changes in growth ability, profitability and debt-paying ability. Currently, some problems such as misuse of software, unclear positioning of target demand, low support of enterprise administrator and poor restructuring of sales procedure still exist. Solutions of these problems are of great significance for the successful implementation of ERP in pharmaceutical industry.%目的:为我国制药企业成功实施企业资源计划(ERP)提供参考.方法:取我国在2006年前实施及未实施ERP的上市制药企业各35家,结合有关财务数据和案例,分析我国制药企业实施ERP的效果及其影响因素,进而提出实施策略.结果与结论:我国制药企业在实施ERP后营运能力有显著提高,但成长能力、盈利能力和偿债能力没有显著变化.当前主要存在软件选型不当、目标需求定位不清、企业管理人员支持力度低、业务流程重组不善等影响因素.我国制药企业要成功实施ERP必须首先克服这些不利影响因素.
