毛鸡骨草种子的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要

目的：建立毛鸡骨草种子的高效液相色谱（HPLC）指纹图谱。方法：采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3 C18，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为270 nm，柱温为30℃，进样量为10µl。以相思子碱为参照物，对10批次毛鸡骨草种子采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”软件进行相似度分析。结果：10批次毛鸡骨草种子有12个共有峰，相似度均＞0.9。经验证，毛鸡骨草种子的指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱具有较好的一致性。结论：所建立的指纹图谱可为毛鸡骨草种子的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。%OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Abrus mollis seed. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Inertsil ODS-3 C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and volume injection was 10 µl. With the reference of abrine, 10 batches of A. mollis seed were analyzed,and similarity evaluation was performed by using chromatographic fingerprint of TCM. RESULTS:There were totally 12 common peaks,and the similarity was more than 0.9. According to the verification,the finger-print of A. mollis seed has good consistency with the reference fingerprint. CONCLUSIONS:The established fingerprint can pro-vide reference for the identification and quality evaluation of A. mollis seed.
