Objective: To establish a method for the determination of calcium carbonate in glycine and calcium carbonate capsules. Method: Calcium was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Result: The linear range of calcium was 0.4-3. 6 μg · ml-1 ( r =0. 999 3 ). The recovery was 102. 3% with RSD of 1. 1% . Conclusion: The method is accurate with promising repeatability, and it provides the basis for the quality control of the preparation.%目的:建立甘氨酸碳酸钙胶囊中碳酸钙含量测定的方法.方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中钙的含量.结果:钙在0.4～3.6μg·ml-1范围内吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.1%.结论:该方法重复性好,灵敏度高,结果准确,为产品质控提供依据.
