蛋黄卵磷脂和蛋黄磷脂酰胆碱的组成与结构分析

         

摘要

Objective:To study the composition and structure of egg lecithin with different phosphotidyl choline ( PC) content and egg phosphatidylcholine for the adjuvant quality standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition. Methods:A variety of indicators of egg lecithin with different PC content and egg phosphatidylcholine were determined, including saponification value, iodine value, acid value, free fatty acid, residual solvent, related substances, water determination, phosphorus content, nitrogen content, phosphotidyl choline and phosphotidyl ethanolamine content and the composition of fatty acids etc. Results:The composition and structure were dif-ferent among egg lecithin with different PC content, while egg lecithin with PC content above 90% and egg phosphatidylcholine had the similar composition and structure. Conclusion:Egg lecithin with PC content above 90% should be called egg phosphatidylcholine more appropriateness.%目的::在《中国药典》2015年版辅料质量标准工作中,对不同PC含量的蛋黄卵磷脂和蛋黄磷脂酰胆碱的组成与结构进行分析。方法:对不同PC含量的蛋黄卵磷脂与蛋黄磷脂酰胆碱进行了多种指标的比较,主要包括皂化值、碘值、酸值、游离脂肪酸、残留溶剂、有关物质、水分、氮含量、磷含量、PC与PE含量、脂肪酸组成等的分析。结果:不同PC含量的蛋黄卵磷脂,其组成和含量具有差异,但是高PC含量的蛋黄卵磷脂(大于90%)与蛋黄磷脂酰胆碱的组成一致,含量相近。结论:高PC含量的蛋黄卵磷脂(大于90%)应称为蛋黄磷脂酰胆碱更为合适。
