维吾尔药买提布合艾菲提蒙方的实验研究

         

摘要

目的 研究买提布合艾菲提蒙方的不同处理及其相应的药效学.方法 以不同处理方法制备买提布合艾菲提蒙方的组分,并观察其对高脂血疾大鼠的影响.结果2.2,4.3,6.5g/kg的买提布合艾菲提蒙汤能降低血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)水平(p<0.05至P<0.01)、肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)水平(p<0.01),4.3g/kg的买提布合艾菲提蒙汤升高肝匀浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平(p<0.05).0.8,1.6,3.2g/kg的买提布合艾菲提蒙方醇提物能降低血清T-CHO水平(p<0.05至p<0.01),升高肝匀浆MDA水平(P<0.01).0.85,1.7,3.4g/kg的买提布合艾菲提蒙方醇提药渣水提物对血清T-CHO及TG水平的影响无统计学性差异(p>0.05);1.7g/kg及3.4g/kg的水提物能降低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(p<0.05和P<0.01),3.4g/kg的水提物能降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(p<0.05).结论以维吾尔医学传统方法制备的买提布合艾菲提蒙汤对实验性高脂血症的影响优于醇提物、醇提药渣水提物.%Objective To study the different processings and the corresponding pharmacodynamics of Uyghur medicine drug Matbuhi Aftimun. Methods To prepare the different extracts of Matbuhi Aftimun with different processing methods and then to observe their effects on hyperlipidemia-rat model. Results The traditional extract of Matbuhi Aftimun Decoction (2. 2, 4. 3, 6. 5 g/kg) could decrease serum total cholesterol(T-CHO) level(P<0. 05-P<0. 01) and liver homogenate MDA(P<0.01), while 4.3 g/kg dose of Matbuhi Aftimun Decoction could increase liver homogenate gluthathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) level (P<0.05). The ethanol extracts of Matbuhi Aftimun (0.80, 1.6, 3.2g/kg) could decrease serum T-CHO(P<0. 05-P<0.01) and increase liver homogenate MDA level( P < 0. 01) . The effects of water extracts of Matbuhi Aftimun ethanol - extraction liquid (0. 85, 1.7, 3.4 g/kg) on serum T - CHO and TG had no statistical difference (P>0.05),while the 1.7, 3.4 g/kg dose of water extracts could reduce the HDL-C level(P<0.05-P<0.01),the 3.4 g/kg water extracts could reduce the LDL - C level ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The effects of Matbuhi Aftimun Decoction prepared by traditional Uyghur medicine way on the experimental hyperlipidemia- rat model can be superior to the ethanol extracts of Matbuhi Aftimun and water extracts of Matbuhi Aftimun ethanol- extraction liquid prepared by other extraction methods.
