Objective To develop a ion chromatography assay for the determination of sodium sulfate in medicinal mirabilite. Method The Dionex ICS-3000 ion chromatograph equipped. IonPac? AS11 -HC column and Dionex ASR.S? 300 4-mm suppressor have been adopted, using NaOH solution(35 mmol/L) as eluent with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 1.053-105.300 μg/mL for sodium sulfate with r of 0.999 7.The average recovery was 97. 1% and the RSD was 1. 2%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and operatable. And more stable than the assay method described in the Chinese Pharmacopeia. It is appropriate to the rapid control of quality for medicinal mirabilite.%目的 探索药用芒硝中硫酸钠含量离子色谱法的测定条件.方法 采用Dionex ICS-3000型离子色谱仪、IonPacR AS11-HC型分离柱、Dionex ASRSR 300 4-mm抑制器,以35 mmol/L的NaOH为淋洗液,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果 硫酸钠质量浓度在1.053~105.300μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.999 7);平均回收率为97.1%,RSD=1.2%.结论 所用方法灵敏准确、可操作性强,比药典收载的芒硝含量测定法简便、稳定,为药用芒硝的质量控制提供了另一种迅速实用的检测方法.
