目的：观察伊伐布雷定片对心力衰竭（简称心衰）患者心功能及血清儿茶酚胺水平的影响。方法选取医院门诊部2015年1月至2016年1月收治的心衰患者78例，采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，各39例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗，研究组患者在对照组基础上加用伊伐布雷定片，观察并比较两组患者治疗后的心功能指标[射血分数（EF）、左室内径（LV）]、血清儿茶酚胺[去甲肾上腺素（NA）、肾上腺素（Adr）]水平变化及药品不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，对照组患者EF较治疗前显著减小，LV显著增大，研究组患者EF较对照组显著增大，LV显著减小，差异均有统计学意义（ P0.05）。结论伊伐布雷定片可有效改善心衰患者心功能，并显著降低患者血清儿茶酚胺水平，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe the effects of ivabradine tablets on cardiac function and serum catecholamine level in patients with heart failure. Methods 78 patients with heart failure admitted in the hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug therapy, while the study group was added with ivabradine tablets on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indexes [ shoot ejection fraction ( EF ) , internal diameter of left ventricle ( LV ) ] , serum catecholamine [ noradrenaline ( NA ) , adrenaline ( Adr ) ] levels and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, only the level of EF of the control group was significantly lower than before treatment, while the level of LV increased significantly. After treatment, EF of the study group was significantly higher than that of control group, while LV was significantly lower ( P 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Ivabradine tablets plays a positive role in patients with heart failure. It can effectively improve cardiac function of patients with heart failure, and significantly reduce the serum catecholamine levels.
