Objective To investigate the efficacy of lisinopril in the treatment of oxidative stress and metabolic disorder in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from June 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional hypoglycemic drug treatment,the control group was given methylcobalamin oral treatment,and on this basis,the observation group was added with lisinopril oral treatment. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were evaluated,and the oxidative stress state and metabolic disorders in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded. Results The total effective rate was 53. 33% in the control group,which was significantly lower than 86. 67% in the observation group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of lisinopril combined treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,so that patients with metabolic disorders and oxidative stress can be significantly improved with less adverse reactions and high safety.%目的：探讨加用赖诺普利治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效，以及对氧化应激状态与代谢紊乱的改善作用。方法选择医院2013年6月至2014年12月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。在常规降糖药物治疗基础上，对照组患者加用口服弥可保治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服赖诺普利治疗。观察患者治疗前后的临床症状、血糖和血脂水平的变化，评估两组患者的临床疗效，并对治疗前后的氧化应激状态和代谢紊乱状态进行比较和分析，记录治疗期间的不良反应。结果对照组的总有效率为53.33%，明显低于观察组的86.67%（ P0.05）。结论加用赖诺普利治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效更佳，能使患者的代谢紊乱和氧化应激状态得到明显改善，且不良反应较小，安全性较高。
