目的：建立同时测定利胆宽肠颗粒中栀子苷和芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS－SP C18柱(250 mm ×4．6 mm，5μm )，流动相为乙腈－0．1%磷酸水溶液(15：85)，等度洗脱，流速1 mL/min，检测波长230 nm，柱温40℃。结果芍药苷和栀子苷进样量分别在0．494~3．950μg和0．684~5．470μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（ r=0．9997），平均加样回收率分别为97．67%和98．83%，RSD分别为0．73%和1．16%（ n=6）。结论该法准确可靠、专属性强、重复性好，可作为测定利胆宽肠颗粒中栀子苷和芍药苷含量的可靠方法。%Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin and geniposide in Lidan Kuanchang Granules. Methods The column was Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm );mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0. 1% aqueous phosphoric acid ( 15:85 ) , isocratic flow rate of 1 mL/min;detection wavelength was 230 nm, column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of peoniflorin was 0. 494-3. 950 μg ( r=0. 999 8 ) , with the average recovery of 97. 67%, RSD=0. 73%( n=6 );The linear range of geniposide was 0. 684-5. 470 μg ( r=0. 999 8 ) , with the average recovery of 98. 83%, RSD=1. 16% ( n=6 ) . Consclusion The method is accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Lidan Kuanchang Granules.
