医院自动口服摆药机使用实践及思考

摘要

目的：评价单剂量口服药品自动摆药机（简称摆药机）应用于住院药房的工作模式、效益及不足，为国内医院引进自动口服药品摆药机提供思路和建议。方法系统总结医院使用摆药机的工作流程，汇总摆药中遇到的摆药机问题、药品问题、人员问题、药品准备工作中的问题及临床使用存在的问题。结果与结论摆药机可提高摆药的速度和准确性，改善卫生状况，减少药品污染，适合医院药房使用，有助于提高医院的综合药学服务水平，但对于临床工作中存在的实际问题仍需进一步探讨。%Objective To evaluate the dispensing mode and analyze cost-benefit and shortage after the use of automatic oral drug dis-pensing devices in inpatient dispensary,to offer suggestions for domestic hospitals in the introduction of automatic oral drug dispensing devices. Methods The gradual improved workflow of drug dispensing mechanism was summarized in the hospital. All problems and res-olution related to machine,drug,person,drug preparation and the problems existed in its clinical use were systematically summa-rized. Results and Conclusion The automatic oral drug dispensing system could enhance the speed and accuracy of drug dispensing, improve health condition and decrease medicine pollution. The automatic oral drug dispensing system is suitable for drug dispensing in hospitals and conducive to the enhancing of pharmaceutical care level. However,the problems existed in its clinical use still remain to be further studied.
