Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of methiouine in Methiouine in Methiouine-Vitamin B1 and Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods The COSMOSIL5 C18-MS-Ⅱcolumn (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was performed,the mobile phase was water,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the temperature was set at 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 228 nm. Results Methiouine showed a good linear in the concentration range of 70. 94-638. 46 μg/mL (r=0. 9999). The average recovery of methiouine was 100. 03%,and RSD was 0. 86%(n=9). Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,rapid and reproducible,which can be used for the content determination of methiouine in Methiouine in Methiouine-Vitamin B1 and Sodium Chloride Injection.%目的 建立测定甲硫氨酸维B1氯化钠注射液中甲硫氨酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法.方法 采用COSMOSIL5 C18-MS-Ⅱ色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃,检测波长为228 nm.结果 甲硫氨酸质量浓度在70.94~638.46μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.03%,RSD为0.86%(n=9).结论 该方法准确、简便、快速、重复性好,适用于甲硫氨酸维B1氯化钠注射液中甲硫氨酸的含量测定.
