氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入溶液与异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿哮喘临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入溶液与异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效.方法 选取医院2015年5月至2016年7月收治的小儿哮喘患儿128例,随机分为两组,各64例.对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入溶液与异丙托溴铵溶液治疗.比较两组患儿哮喘治疗总有效率,临床症状(如咳嗽、气急)消退时间、肺部体征(如肺部罗音、喘鸣音)消失时间、平均住院观察时间,不良反应发生率,治疗前后呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积等肺功能指标.结果 研究组患儿哮喘治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05).治疗后,两组患儿呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积等肺功能指标均明显改善,且研究组改善幅度更大(P 0. 05 ) . Before treatment. the difference of peak expiratory flow rate. forced vital capacity. forced expiratory volume in the first second. pulmonary function indexs in the two groups were not significant ( P > 0. 05 ) . but after treatment. those indexes were significantly improved. and the study group was improved more obviously ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Oxygen Driven Inhalation of Salbutamol Sul-fate Solution combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution in the treatment of infantile asthma is effective. and can accelerate the clinical symptoms signs. improve lung function without significant adverse reactions. It is safe and effective. and worthy of clinical promotion.
