Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of western medicine combined with Shufeng, Qingre, Quyu type of traditional Chi-nese medicine ( TCM ) for the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods 95 cases of allergic purpura patients in the hospital from September 2012 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group( n=48) and the control group( n=47). The control group was treated with western medicine, while the observation group was added with TCM on the basis of the control group. The changes in the immune parameters and clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as joint swelling and pain, rash and gastrointestinal reaction was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total effective rate was 97. 92% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 82. 98% in the control group( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura is obvious. The TCM can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the treatment time and promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨西药配合疏风、清热、祛瘀类中药治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效.方法 选择医院2012年9月至2015年9月收治的过敏性紫癜患者95例,随机分为观察组48例和对照组47例.其中对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用中药治疗,分析两组患者的免疫指标变化及临床疗效.结果 观察组患者的免疫指标IgG,IgA,IgM水平改善显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);关节肿痛、皮疹及胃肠道反应等临床症状消失时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为97.92%,显著高于对照组的82.98%(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效显著,疏风、清热、祛瘀类中药能有效改善过敏性紫癜患者的临床症状,缩短治疗时间,促进患者快速康复,值得临床推广.
