综述了白及的化学成分、药理活性和临床应用的研究进展，为白及相关的中药研究、新药开发、临床应用提供了科学依据。白及为常见中药，药用价值高，具有收敛止血、清热利湿、消肿生肌、保护胃黏膜、抗菌、促进伤口愈合、抗癌等作用，广泛用于体内外出血、烧烫伤、肿瘤及消化系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统和皮肤系统等疾病的治疗。%The research progress of the chemical constituents,pharmacological action and clinical application of Bletilla Striata is re-viewed,which provides a scientific basis for the research of Bletilla Striata related traditional Chinese medicine,new drug development and their clinical application. Bletilla Striata is a common traditional Chinese medicine;it is of great medicinal value,can provide medi-cal effects such as convergence hemostasis,anti-heat and dampness,anti-swelling myogenic,gastric mucosal protection,anti-bacterial, etc. as well as promoting wound healing and anti-cancer effect. Thus,it is widely used in vivo and external bleeding,burns,tumor and digestive system,respiratory system,immune system and skin diseases.
