连续混配供酸车的研发与应用

摘要

针对常规酸化作业存在的准备时间长、劳动强度大、操作精度低、酸气及残酸造成人身伤害和环境污染等问题,设计了一种全自动连续混配供酸车.该设备可使原酸、清水及各类添加剂按比例自动混合后供给压裂泵车进行酸化施工作业,实现即配即用的在线式混配酸化作业,保证了酸液的质量控制和作业的连续稳定.在简要介绍该供酸车的结构原理后,阐述了其关键技术,包括耐酸蚀性能、酸气处理系统、酸气质量监控技术以及自动控制系统.在长庆区块的现场试验中,连续混配供酸车工作可靠,酸化作业平稳正常,酸液性能明显提升,作业现场酸液无滴漏、酸气零排放.该供酸车的研发为该区块下古储层的高效开发提供了设备保障.%To address the long preparation time,high labor intensity,low operation precision,personal injury and environmental pollution by acid gas and residual acid during conventional acidizing operation which conducts acidizing after acid preparation,a fully automatic continuous mixing acid supply truck is designed.The truck could automatically and proportionally mix the original acid,water and additives to feed the fracturing pump for acidizing operation,achieving ready-to-use online acid mixing operations to ensure the quality control of acid and continuous and stable operation.The structural principle of the acid-supply truck is briefly introduced.The key technologies are described,including acid-resistance performance,acid gas treatment system,acid gas quality monitoring technology and automatic control.The field test in the Changqing Oilfield shows that the continuous mixing acid supply truck had a reliably performance,provided a stable and normal acidizing operation,resulting in a greatly improved acid liquid property without leakage of acid fluid and emission of acid gas.The new developed truck provided equipment for the efficient development of lower paleozoic reservoir in the block.
