基于钻柱振动的井下提速技术研究现状及展望

     

摘要

钻井提速技术一直是钻井工程领域的研究热点,寻找井下可用新能量并开发出配套的能量转化方法来提高破岩效率是深井超深井提速领域重要研究方向.分析了井下可获得能量特征,阐述了利用钻柱纵向振动能量提升井下钻井液喷射压力辅助破岩提速的理念,总结了已研制的井下钻柱减振增压装置、吸振式井下液压脉冲发生装置、多效协同提速钻井装置的结构及优点,并对深井提速装备未来发展方向进行了展望.井下能量的获取及合理利用是未来提速工具开发的重要研究方向.基于钻柱振动的提速技术研究成果开拓了深井提速技术新思路,为加快深部油气资源的勘探与开发提供了设备支撑,建议进一步加强井下钻柱振动基础理论、基于钻柱振动的提速技术装备、利用振动提速方法等方面的研究工作,以便将钻柱振动能量应用到钻井工程其他领域之中.%The technology to increase ROP has always been a hot topic in research on drilling engineering.It is an primary direction to seek more downhole available energy and develop related methods to utilize this energy to increase rock-cutting efficiency in deep/ultra-deep wells.The characteristics of downhole available energy was analyzed;and a new concept was elaborated,that is,utilizing the axial vibration of drill string to increase jet pressure of drilling fluid.Then the structure and merits of the equipment we developed,including the downhole vibration absorption & hydraulic supercharging device,the vibration-absorbing hydraulic pulse generator,and the synergetic device,were outlined.And an outlook of ROP-enhancing equipment in deep wells was presented.The acquirement and reasonable utilization of downhole energy are primary direction in the development of ROP-enhancing equipment.The ROP-enhancing technology based on drill string vibration pioneered a novel approach to increase ROP in deep wells,which would provide equipment support to exploration for and production of deep oil and gas resources.The drill string vibration theory,equipment based on vibration,and related methods of increasing ROP should be further studied in order to apply the vibration energy in other aspects of drilling engineering.
