某钼铜硫多金属矿钼铜混合浮选分离研究

摘要

对某铜钼硫多金属矿进行了选矿试验。采用钼铜混合浮选再分离工艺流程，在原矿含 Mo 0．17％、Cu 0．137％、S 5．36％、Pb 0．067％的条件下，获得了含钼49．26％、钼回收率82．66％的钼精矿及含铜15．45％、铜回收率53．52％的铜精矿。实现了钼铜硫矿物与脉石及钼铜硫矿物之间的有效分离，获得了良好的技术指标。%The beneficiation experiment in a copper-molybdenum-sulfide polymetallic ore was done.The molyb-denum copper bulk flotation and separation process was adopted,with the raw ore containing Mo 0.17%,Cu 0.137%,S 5.36%,Pb 0.067%,molybdenum concentrate containing 49.26%molybdenum,the recovery rate of molybdenum 82.66% ,and copper concentrate containing copper 15.45% and copper recovery rate 53.52% has gotten.The effective separation between molybdenum copper sulfide minerals ,gangue and molybdenum copper sulfide minerals was realized and the good technical indexes was obtained.
