目的：探究肠梗阻患者的临床护理方式。方法选择2012年6月~2014年6月于本院经肠梗阻导管治疗的80例单纯性肠梗阻患者，随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组行综合护理干预，对照组经常规护理。比较两组的临床疗效及护理满意度。结果干预组治愈率为90.0%，对照组治愈率为67.5%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预组护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经肠梗阻导管治疗肠梗阻的基础上给予患者综合护理干预，疗效显著，护理满意度高，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical nursing patterns of the ileac patients. Methods Eighty patients with simple ileus who received ileac catheter treatment in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and ran-domly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group received conventional nursing.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of two groups were analyzed. Results The cure rate of the intervention group was 90.0% and that of the control group was 67.5%,with significant difference (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of intervention group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of ileac catheter treatment of ileus,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention shows accurate efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap-plication.
