1994～2013年沂南县麻疹防控措施效果评价

摘要

目的：分析和探讨沂南县麻疹防治效果，为综合评价及改进麻疹的防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集1994~2013年沂南县麻疹发病病例及麻疹疫苗接种资料，分析评价本地区麻疹的流行强度、儿童建卡情况、疫苗接种合格率及麻疹抗体水平。结果近年来本地区麻疹发病呈现明显下降趋势，建卡率为95.3%，合格率为98.1%，抗体阳性率为97.7%。结论医务工作者应继续实施麻疹疫苗的免疫规划，进一步加强流行病学监测，提高病例监测的敏感性和及时性。%Objective To analyze and explore the prevention effect of measles in Yinan county in order to provide the scientific basis for the control and prevention of measles. Methods The incident cases and information of vaccination of measles in Yinan county from 1994 to 2013 were collected and the epidemic intensity,the status of building cards for children,the vaccination rate and measles antibody levels were assessed. Results The incidence of measles presented decreasing trend in Yinan county in recent years,the ratio of building cards,vaccination rate and the antibody positive rate was 95.3%,98.1% and 97.7% respectively. Conclusion Medical workers should continue to implement the hemp plague vaccine immunization programme,strengthen epidemiological surveillance,improve the case monitoring sensitivity and timeliness.
