目的：了解县级医院医务人员医院感染的认知现状。方法在专家咨询的基础上自行设计调查问卷,采用横断面调查方法,对江西省石城县人民医院424名医务人员进行调查。结果县级医院医务人员有85.38%自学过医院感染相关知识,93.16%接受过医院开展的医院感染知识相关培训。医务人员医院感染知识认知平均正确率为38.68%,其中常用消毒剂认知正确率最低,为4.48%。多元线性回归模型分析显示,职称、受教育程度、是否接受过相关培训是医务人员医院感染知识认知的影响因素。有97.41%的医务人员认为需要定期开展医院感染知识培训。结论县级医院医务人员的医院感染知识欠缺,认知水平亟待提高。需要加强医院感染知识培训,增强医院感染控制意识。%Objective To investigate status of hospital infection cognition among medical personnel from county level hospital. Methods Cross-sectional questionnaires based on expert consultation were designed,and 424 samples were collected from the People’s Hospital of Shicheng County in Jiangxi Province. Results medical personnel who had taught themselves about hospital infection knowledge for 85.38%,and accepted professional training for 93.16%;correct answer rate about hospital infection knowledge was 38.68%,the correct answer rate about the commonly used disinfectants was the lowest and only 4.48%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that title,education level and whether to accept related training were the impact factors of hospital infection knowledge among medical personnel.There were 97.41%medical personnel from county level hospital considered that the hospital should carried out regular hospital infection knowledge training. Conclusion The hospital infection knowledge was lack off and the cognitive level needed to be im-proved urgently among medical personnel.It is necessary to strengthen training about hospital infection knowledge is necessary,and meanwhile,personnel also need to strengthen hospital infection controlling consciousness.
