填充式无张力疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术的临床应用效果比较

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical application effect comparison of filling tension-free hernia repair and plain film tension-free hernia repair. Methods 31 patients received filling tension-free hernia repair from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the filling group and 12 patients received plain film tension-free hernia repair were selected as the plain film group.The clinical application effect in two groups was compared. Result There was no significant differences between two groups in operation time,hospital stay,duration of pain, painkillers taken times and recovery time (P>0.05).The cost of hospitalization in the filling group was higher than in the plain film group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant differences between two groups in the inci-dence rate of complication (P>0.05). Conclusion Filling tension-free hernia repair and plain film tension-free hernia repair have comparative clinical results.Two choice of surgical approach should be based on the experience of the sur-geon and the patients’situation.%目的：比较填充式无张力疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年12月收治的31例行填充式无张力疝修补术患者作为填充组，12例平片无张力疝修补术患者作为平片组，比较两组的临床应用效果。结果两组的手术时间、住院时间、疼痛持续时间、用止痛药次数、恢复工作时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。填充组的住院总费用显著高于平片组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论填充式无张力疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术的临床应用效果相当，两种手术方式的选择应根据外科医生的经验和患者实际情况进行。
