早期康复护理干预对重型颅脑损伤后肢体偏瘫患者康复效果的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the rehabilitation efficacy influence of early nursing on patient with hemiplegia after severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 60 hemiplegia patients after severe craniocerebral injury from June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given early-rehabilitation nursing intervention,the control group was given regu-lar functional exercise.The score of activity of dally living (ADL) and improvement condition of myodynamia in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of ADL at 1,6 weeks after rehabilitation exercises in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The proportion of myodynamia in grade Ⅲ or higher level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patient with hemiplegia after severe craniocerebral injury is significant,which can improve activity of dally living and myodynamia function,it is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨早期康复护理对重型颅脑损伤后肢体偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2011年6月~2014年6月在本院接受治疗的60例重型颅脑损伤后肢体偏瘫患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各30例。观察组给予早期康复护理干预，对照组实施常规功能锻炼。比较两组的日常生活活动能力（ADL）评分及患肢肌力改善情况。结果观察组康复锻炼1、6周后的ADL评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组康复锻炼1、6周后的肌力≥Ⅲ级者所占比例显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论早期康复护理干预在重型颅脑损伤后肢体偏瘫患者中的应用效果显著，能够改善患者的日常生活活动能力和肌力功能，值得临床推广应用。
