目的：探讨子宫体双侧弓形动脉缝扎术（止血术）治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血的效果。方法选取本院2013年4月~2014年6月收治的剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血患者86例，将其随机分成两组，术前均仔细评估两组患者的身体情况，持续子宫按摩，给予缩宫素20 IU+250 ml液体静脉滴注，其中止血术组44例患者采用止血术治疗，常规术组42例采用“8”字缝扎术治疗。结果止血术组的术中出血量少于常规术组，手术时间短于常规术组（P<0.05）；止血术组的即刻止血率、总有效率均显著高于常规术组（P<0.05）；两组术后两侧子宫动脉的RI、S/D差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论止血术操作简单、止血效果显著、术后子宫血循环良好，是治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血的有效手段。%Objective To explore the effect of suture ligation of bilateral arcuate artery of corpora uteri (hemostasia) bi-lateral uterine artery ligation surgery arch (hemostasis) treating uterine atony bleeding during cesarean section. Meth-ods 86 patients with uterine atony bleeding during cesarean section treated in our hospital swere selected from April 2013 to June 2014 and they were divided into the two groups.Before operation,physical condition of patients in the two groups were evaluated with persistent uterine massage,and the patients were given oxytocin 20 IU+250 ml liquid for in-travenous drip.The hemostasia group (n=44) was given the hemostasia,the conventional operation group (n=42) was given suture of type “8”. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the hemostasia group was fewer than that in the conventional operation group,the operation group in the hemostasia group was shorter than that in the conventional op-eration group (P<0.05).Immediate hemostasis rate,the total effective rate in the hemostasia group was significantly high-er than the conventional operation group respectively (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference of RI,S/D of bilateral u-terine artery after operation in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The operation of hemostasia having good effect is simple with good uterine blood circulation,and it is an effective means of treatment of treating Uterine atony bleeding during cesarean section.
