Objective To investigate the application effect observation of nursing intervention in nursing of patients with migraine. Methods From January 2012 January 2014,108 cases with migraine treated in our hospital were selected and they were divided into the observation group (n=54) and control group (n=54).The drug treatment was given the two groups,the observation group was given the targeted nursing intervention,while the control group was the routine nursing on the basis of the drug treatment.Anxiety and depression status,the curaive effect of migraine,the life quality after nurs-ing intervention in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,there was a statistical difference of score of curative effect,headache attack time,headache frequency in the two groups (P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference of score of curative effect,headache attack time,headache frequency before and after nursing in the two groups (P<0.05). After nursing,SAS,SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference of SAS,SDS score before and after nursing in the two groups (P<0.05).After nursing,the score of life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can reduce the degree of depression,anxiety in patients with migraine during hospital,relieve symptoms of migraine,and reduce the recurrent times of migraine and improve the life quality of patients,can further promote and use in clinic.%目的：观察护理干预在偏头痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月来本院治疗偏头痛的108例患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各54例。两组均给予药物治疗，观察组在药物治疗基础上给予针对性护理干预，对照组在药物治疗基础上给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑和抑郁状况、偏头痛疗效以及护理干预后的生活质量。结果护理后，观察组的疗效分数、头痛发作时间、头痛次数与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组护理前后的疗效分数、头痛发作时间、头痛次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组护理前后的SDS、SAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够减轻偏头痛患者住院过程中的焦虑和抑郁程度，缓解偏头痛的症状，减少偏头痛的复发次数，提高患者的生活质量，可以在临床上进一步推广应用。
