刺络拔罐配合中药治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN)in qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Methods Eighty patients with PHN in qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern at outpatient clinic of dermatological department in our hospital were se-lected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine were applied in treatment group,while oral administration of mecobal-amine and cimetidine and intramuscular injection of vitamin B12 were provided in control group.After 30-day of treat-ment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.5%, while total effective rate in control group was 77.5%,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Pricking and cup-ping combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of PHN in qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern has sig-nificant effect.%目的：观察刺络拔罐配合中药治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的效果。方法选择本院皮肤科门诊气滞血瘀型PHN患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用刺络拔罐配合中药口服，对照组口服甲钴胺与西咪替丁，肌内注射维生素B12，治疗30 d后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%，对照组总有效率为77.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐配合中药治疗气滞血瘀型PHN具有显著效果。
