应用资产管理软件开展高校仪器设备资产清查与长效管理

摘要

For a long time,poor awareness of the management,incomplete and imperfect system of management and many other factors have led to undesirable problems in colleges and universities such as unmatched stuff account,inefficient use of property,and even a large number of idle assets.With the help of information means,our college made a new round of inventory in instruments and equipment.Long-term assets management and inventory system was then established based on ＂Web＂ equipment management system platform.Transferred from a static way to a dynamic one,the fixed assets management would be scientific,standardized and efficient.So the instruments and equipment would be allocated properly and used efficiently.%长期以来,由于管理意识淡薄,制度不健全等多种因素导致高校资产管理存在账物不符,大量资产闲置、使用率低等现象。结合实际,借助信息化手段开展新一轮的仪器设备类资产清查,并在清查完成后,建设基于＂Web＂版仪器设备管理系统平台的资产长效管理与清查制度,使固定资产的静态管理向动态管理转变,逐步达到固定资产管理的科学化、规范化和快速高效的要求,实现仪器设备的合理配置、物尽其用。
