农业职业院校汽车专业人才培养模式改革探究

摘要

农业职业院校是培养农业人才的摇篮，培养的汽车专业人才应能满足新形势下农业产业和农村市场的需求。目前农业职业院校汽车人才的培养模式存在着定位不明确，缺少农业特色等问题。为适应新形势下的农业产业，农业职业院校应对现有的教学模式进行改革，培养适应农业发展的汽车专业人才。%Agricultural vocational college is the cradle to cultivate agricultural talent. The automobile professional learning here should meet the demand of agricultural industry and rural market existing in the new circumstances. Nowadays the unclear orientation and shortage of agricultural characteristics should be improved in the cultivating mode of automobile talent in the college. In order to ift the agricultural industry in the new circumstances, the college should reform the existing teaching mode so as to provide the society with the automobile professional adapting to the agricultural development.
