建设创新型、信息化、开放性的电工电子实验室

         

摘要

Electrical and electronic experimental teaching is the main means to improve the telecommunication class student innovation ability and practice ability, and electrical and electronic laboratory provides the most basic teaching and research environment for cultivating innovative talents. This paper discusses the key problems in building an innovative, information, open type electrical and electronic laboratory, combining with the actual situation of Dalian Maritime University. Practice has proved that a series of reform measures, including of renovating experimental teaching content, establishing the innovation laboratory , improving the ranks of our teachers , constructing the information management platform, increasing the intensity of laboratory opening, are advantageous to inspire the creative thinking of the students, cultivate their actual begins ability and the team cooperation spirit, and are conducive to satisfy the social increasing demand of compound type innovative talents.%电工电子实验教学是提高电信类学生创新能力和实践能力的主要手段,电工电子实验室则为培养创新型、复合型人才提供了最基本的教学和科研环境。结合大连海事大学的实际情况,探讨建设创新型、信息化、开放性电工电子实验室的关键问题。实践证明更新实验内容、建立创新实验室、加强教师队伍建设、建设信息化管理平台、加大实验室开放力度等一系列改革措施,有利于激发学生的创新思维,培养学生的实际动手能力和团结协作精神,有利于满足造就高素质复合型创新人才的社会需求。
