Aiming at the characteristics, advantages and design method of multimedia dynamic network courseware. This paper puts forward the idea of developing the multimedia dynamic network courseware based on lfash platform, and taking the course of"multimedia technology and application"as an example, this paper expounds some experiences and views on the development of multimedia technology and application course.%针对多媒体动态网络课件的特点、优势以及设计方法，创新性地提出了基于Flash 平台开发多媒体动态网络课件的思路，并以多媒体技术与应用课程为例，阐述了开发多媒体技术与应用课程多媒体动态网络课件的一些经验和观点。
