胰岛素增敏剂联合达英－35治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）临床疗效评价

摘要

目的：探讨胰岛素增敏剂联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(孕悦韵杂)临床疗效。方法100例PCOS随机分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组单独采用达英-35进行治疗，观察组在此基础上采用胰岛素增敏剂进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性激素变化水平、排卵率及妊娠率、不良反应等。结果①经治疗，观察组临床总有效率为86.00%，对照组临床总有效率为66.00%，两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②对照组治疗后FSH、LH、LF/FSH、催乳素、E2及T水平分别为(5.56±1.20)IU/L、(11.65±3.73)IU/L、(2.45±1.61)、(16.87±4.02)ng/L、(68.02±13.41)pg/L及(1.71±0.34)pg/L，观察组治疗后上述水平分别为(4.03±0.56)IU/L、(8.23±1.68)IU/L、(1.43±0.44)、(13.01±2.76)ng/L、(53.71±10.25)pg/L及(0.67±0.09)pg/L，两组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；③对照组排卵率及妊娠率分别为54.00%及64.00%，均显著小于观察组(分别为80.00%及86.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；榆两组均未出现不良反应。结论胰岛素增敏剂联合达英-35治疗PCOS，疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广及应用。%Objective To explore the effect of insulin sensitizer combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycys-tic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 100 cases of PCOS patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by with Diane-35 treatment, the observa-tion group based on the use of insulin sensitizing agent. the curative effect, sex hormone levels, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results (1) After the treatment, the total clinical effective rate of observation group was 86.00%, was higher than the control group (66.00%),the differ ence was significant(P<0.05); (2) After treatment, FSH, LH, LF/FSH, prolactin, E2 and T levels of the control group were (5.56±1.20) IU/L, (11.65±3.73) IU/L, (2.45±1.61), (16.87±4.02) ng/L, (68.02±13.41) pg/L and (1.71±0.34) pg/L, the levels of the observation group were (4.03±0.56) IU/L, (8.23±1.68) IU/L, (1.43±0.44), (13.01±2.76) ng/L, (53.71±10.25) pg/L and (0.67±0.09) pg/L, differences in hormone levels between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); (3) The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of control group was 54.00% and 64.00%, significantly less than the observation group (respectively were 80.00% and 86.00%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); (4) There was no adverse reaction happened in two groups. Conclusion Insulin sensitizer combined with Diane-35 in treatment of PCOS has good curative effect, high safety, and is worth to promote and clinical application.
