According to the characteristics of oxidized zinc ore with high slime content from Nandeng Xiushui, Burma, two kinds of technologies including desliming+grinding floatation and grinding+ deslim-ing floatation have been examined. The experimental results showed that the zinc recovery of desliming + grinding floatation was 42. 19% , which is 4. 43% higher than grinding+desliming floatation. In the deslim-ing+grinding floatation process, the effects of grinding fineness, dosage of sodium sulfide and octadecylam-ine, kinds and dosage of dispersants and reaction time of sodium sulfide on the flotation index of the oxidized zinc ore have been examined. The results showed that sodium silicate was better than sodium hexameta-phosphate as the slime dispersing agent, and the best reaction time was 180s. The zinc concentrate of 29. 35% with a zinc recovery of 66. 62% were obtained.%针对缅甸南邓溴水氧化锌矿泥化严重,进行了脱泥后磨矿浮选和磨矿后脱泥浮选工艺的试验探讨.结果表明,脱泥后磨矿浮选锌回收率较直接磨矿后脱泥浮选高4.43%.在确定脱泥后磨矿浮选工艺的情况下,考察了磨矿细度、硫化钠用量、十八胺用量、分散剂种类与用量以及硫化时间对该氧化锌矿石浮选指标的影响.试验研究表明,采用硅酸钠作为分散剂优于六偏磷酸钠,硫化时间为180s时,硫化效果最佳,最终获得回收率为66.62%、品位29.35%的锌精矿.
