利用ANSYS和ADAMS的静态、动态分析功能,辅助设计大尺寸U形件渐进折弯送料装置的结构及送料动作.采用刚、柔耦合仿真基本原理,对送料过程进行运动学与动力学仿真,通过分析和优化送料动作,设计整体送料方案;根据分析数据和动作方案,设计机械结构,为进一步开发大尺寸U形件渐进折弯成形工艺的送料装备提供一种技术基础.%The static and dynamic analysis software ANSYS and ADAMS have been assisted to design the feeding device and action of gradually bending process for big -dimensioned U parts. Rigid-flexible coupling simulation principle has been used to carry out the kinematic and dynamic simulation of the feeding process. On the basis of analysis and optimization for feeding action, the integrated feeding proposal has been designed. As per the analysis data and action proposal, the mechanical device has been designed, which provides a technical basis for developing the feeding device.
