基于NX7.0的一种自动化冲压生产线板料分离机构的设计

摘要

A sheet-detaching machine which integrates the advantage of mechanical separation, micro-vibration separation, and air-blowing separation has been designed on the basis of CAD/CAE integrated software NX7.0. The finite analysis has been executed to the design idea by use of the modules of virtual modeling and virtual assembling. In this way, the design has been optimized and improved. After processing and assembling a practical prototype, the feasibility of the design has been testified.%基于NX7.0这一CAD/CAE一体化软件,设计出一个综合机械分离、微变形分离、吹气分离三种方法的拆垛分料机构.应用NX7.0虚拟建模和高级仿真模块对设计意图进行有限元分析,进而优化改进设计.通过现场样机加工装配试运行,验证了设计的可行性.
