A design scheme for die with heating function has been introduced in the text,which has been used in 6000-ton five-beam & four-column hydraulic explosive powder press.The structure,material,and working principle of the die have been analyzed and expounded.The power calculation and principle design of temperature control system for die heating have been described in detail.The powder has been heated directly in the die,which improves the working efficiency and forming quality.The process has been accepted by domestic military enterprise.%介绍了一种带加热功能的压药液压机模具设计方案,此模具用于60000kN五梁四柱式压药液压机中.从模具的结构、材料、工作原理等方面进行分析,详细说明对模具加热的温控系统的功率计算和原理设计.在模具中直接对药粉加热,提高了工作效率,同时对药柱成型质量有很大提高.此种先进的药柱成型工艺得到国内广大军工企业的认可.
