后辊中心距可调结构在大型型材弯曲机上的应用

摘要

Taking the CDW24S-5500 cm3 large size section bender as an example,the technical function and structural characteristics of large size section bender with center distance adjusting back rollers have been introduced.The three mandrels have been supported on two points.The two back rollers with adjusting center distance have been driven separately,and the frame can be divided.Thus in this way,the large size section bender has novel structure,reasonable stress,accurate forming and convenient installation & transportation,which is an ideal technical proposal.%以CDW24S-5500 cm3大型型材弯曲机为例,介绍了后辊中心距可调式大型型材弯曲机的技术性能及结构特点.采用两后辊中心距可调的结构形式,三个主轴采用双点支撑,两后辊采用分辊驱动,架体可拆分,使得整个机器结构新颖,受力合理,成形准确,安装运输方便,是大型型材弯曲机较为理想的一种技术方案.
