干扰素联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

摘要

目的 观察干扰素联合黄芪注射液对病毒性心肌炎的临床治疗效果.方法 将60例病毒性心肌炎患儿完全随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,2组均采用常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗基础上应用黄芪注射液加干扰素治疗,对2组患儿的心电图和心肌酶进行监测并记录2组患儿的临床指标.结果 观察组的心电图恢复时间[(11.4±2.3)d]和心肌酶恢复时间[(15.3±2.7)d]明显低于对照组[心电图恢复时间:(35.4±5.3)d；心肌酶恢复时间(45.2±9.8)d],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率明显高于对照组[96.7％ (29/30)比66.7％ (20/30)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 黄芪注射液联合干扰素对病毒性心肌炎的临床治疗效果明显,减少患儿的治疗时间,治疗效果稳定可靠.%Objective To observe the effect of interferon combined with astragalus injection on viral myocarditis.Methods Sixty cases of viral myocarditis were divided into observation group and control group.Monitoring electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme and recording curative effect were done.The conventional therapy was treated in two groups and interferon combined with astragalus injection was given in observation group.Results The recovery time of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme of observation group [(11.4 ± 2.3) d,(15.3± 2.7) d] was less than the control group [(35.4 ± 5.3) d,(45.2 ± 9.8) d] and the effect of observation group was better than that of control group.The rate of the two groups were significantly different with statistical significance[96.7％ (29/30) vs 66.7％ (20/30),P ＜0.05].Conclusion The interferon combined with astragalus injection can effectively reduce the duration of treatment and improve the clinical effect.
