Toll样受体在部分皮肤病发病机制中的作用及相关药物靶向治疗研究进展

摘要

Toll样受体能特异性识别病原相关分子模式,在激活天然免疫和获得性免疫中发挥重要作用.Toll样受体与许多皮肤疾病的发病机制及病理生理关系密切,如金黄色葡萄球菌感染、痤疮、银屑病、系统性红斑狼疮及恶性黑素瘤等.本文就Toll样受体的生理功能、在部分皮肤病中涉及的发病机制及相关靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述.%Toll-like receptors specifically identify pathogen-associated molecular patterns and play an important part in innate immunity and acquired immunity.Toll-like receptors are closely related to pathogenesis and pathophysiological procedure of many dermatoses,such as staphylococcus aureus infection,acne,psoriasis,systemic lupus erythematosus and malignant melanoma.This article reviewed physiological functions and pathological mechanisms involved in some dermatoses of Toll-like receptors and related targeted drug therapies.
