外周血单个核细胞中丙型肝炎病毒RNA与干扰素治疗后丙型肝炎病毒复发的关系研究进展

摘要

目前长效干扰素联合利巴韦林仍是我国丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染患者接受抗病毒治疗的主要治疗方案.干扰素治疗后HCV复发问题是影响患者疗效的重要因素,相关研究显示这与外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中仍存在HCV相关.针对PBMC中HCV RNA检测有助于预测患者复发和指导临床个体化用药.本文就此方面研究进展做一综述.%Interferon plus ribavirin is the main therapeutic schedule for patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in China.But HCV relapse is widely observed and its adverse influence on interferon therapy shows great concern in clinical practice.Recent studies have proved possible correlation between HCV relapse and HCV in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC).The detection of HCV RNA in PBMC may be helpful in predicting relapse and guiding individualized medication.
