Objective To explore the effect evaluation of pertinent nursing for patients with alcoholism in department of emergency. Methods 62 patients with alcoholism who were treated in department of emergency of our hospital from February2015 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the experimental group was given pertinent nursing at basis of routine nursing.The curative effect and compliance of patients in two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the obvious effective rate of the experimental group was 93.55％, higher than that of the control group 67.74％.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).After intervention, the compliance rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.32％, higher than that of the control group 70.97％.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), 干预后, 实验组治疗依从率90.32％, 高于对照组70.97％, 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .实验组护理依从率87.10％, 高于对照组64.52％, 且差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .结论 针对性护理有利于乙醇中毒患者提高疗效及依从性, 值得推广.
