复方α-酮酸片辅助治疗慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚证的效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨复方α-酮酸片辅助治疗慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚证的临床效果.方法 系统性回顾2016年3月～2017年12月于我院诊治慢性肾衰竭属于脾肾阳虚证的148例患者, 根据不同治疗方法分为实验组 (n=74) 和对照组 (n=74), 实验组使用复方α-酮酸片联合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗, 对照组使用单纯尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗.比较两组患者的治疗的有效率、治疗前后症状情况以及生化指标.结果 实验组患者治疗的总有效率 (91.89％) 高于对照组 (77.03％), 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .对照组患者治疗后的症状改善积分总和低于实验组, 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .实验组患者的生化指标中血尿素氮 (BUN) 、血清肌酐 (SCr) 、尿酸 (UA) 显著低于对照组 (P <0.001) ;血红蛋白 (Hb) 、白蛋白 (ALB) 、前白蛋白 (P-ALB)) 高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .结论 复方α-酮酸片能够有效改善慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚证患者的症状, 治疗有效率高, 临床效果较好.%Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of compound α-keto acid tablets in the adjuvant treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients with chronic renal failure of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were given systematic review.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 74 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with compound α-keto acid tablets combined with uremic clearance granule for retention enema while the control group was treated with uremic clearance granule for retention enema.The effective rate of treatment, symptoms before and after treatment, and biochemical indicators of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.89％, higher than that in the control group 77.03％, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The total score of symptom improvement after treatment in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The biochemical indexes such as blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr) and uric acid (UA) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.001).Hemoglobin (Hb), albumin (ALB), and prealbumin (P-ALB) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The compound α-keto acid tablets can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure of spleenkidney Yang deficiency syndrome.The treatment has a high effective rate and a good clinical effect.
